If I could give this business zero stars I would!!! Their mistake on a manufacturer's extended warranty job may cost us thousands of dollars in repairs. We took the car to them knowing exactly what was wrong with the car (we had taken it to a trusted mechanic who told us it qualified for a warranty job), with the service bulletin in hand, with the warranty information in hand. After losing a day because one of their service 'advisers' put the wrong information into the computer, and the mechanic did only the bare minimum instead of trying to figure out why the car and the information order didn't match, I had to deal with "Joe" and "John". The mechanic cleared the engine codes that were on the car when we brought the car to them, and then told us the problem was not under warranty because the particular codes were not showing. What??!! So we have to go drive the car around and hope the codes pop up again to take it somewhere else. Meanwhile we are very, very close to being over the mileage covered in the extended warranty. When I asked the them for a print out of the codes they read on the car- they couldn't give me any information!!! Even though we had the print out from the previous mechanic showing the code was on the car. DISHONEST, SHADY, LIARS!!!! Did I mention we were supposed to leave on vacation and now we can't? We had to "take their word for it" even though we had evidence to the contrary.
