Consider yourself warned. Damaged my house, left a 30 foot branch cut, hanging in the tree with a promise to return. Failed to hold an appointment 6 times and now won't pick up the phone. If you call them after reading this your are a bigger fool than I am. THE WORST. TOTAL SCAM.

Driver ran truck into my car and gave bad information for insurance, never came back called multiple times and wouldn't take my call. Owner is a complete liar. DO NOT CALL

these guys were great very efficient and affordable! would highly recommend them! they cleaned up all the mess, brought it all to the curb and the town picked it up the next day.

Horrible. They left about 1000 cubic feet of branches in my yard. DO NOT USE.

Did not respond to 25 phone calls.

I have filed with the BBB, and I will be going to court if it is not resolved soon.

I hired this company to cut down a tree in my front yard. They dropped a limb and broke off a corner of my driveway. I called and requested they come out and resolve this issue. I was told they would be out the next day. The next day has come and gone. I call back 2 days later and left a message with a employee and left a message on voice mail 3 days later. I have yet to see or hear back from Lance. Very unprofessional regarding the damage created while working at my home. My advice is to get insurance papers in advance from any contractor hired to work at your location and call the insurance company to make sure that the insurance is valid and active policy.

Made an appointment to come out to our house to trim back a couple of palms, but never showed. Called them and rescheduled for the following day, but again, never showed. When I called them to find out what was going on, they said that an appointment in the local area had cancelled, so it wasn't worth the effort to come out and do the job at my house. Not only did they never call either day, but to say that I'm not worth it, and that they would not honor their appointment? STAY AWAY! Not a good business!!

Didn't finish the job. Left huge tree in the front yard. City couldn't remove it because of the size and I got fined. I had to rent a chain saw and finish the job myself. The worst part is they told me 3 different time they would come by and finish. They wont even answer my calls now. I have filed a complaint with the city.

Gave me a great price to cut down a large Pine tree that was starting to lean over the house.



Two hard working guys were very professional and did a great job. They were very fast, clean, and they raked up. They stacked the logs at the curb and called waste management to remove for me. They also offered a price to have it removed privately.



They did a great job for me and even offered to do a quick trim on my shrubs at no charge.

I would recommend and use them again for any tree or shrub work.

Avoid at all cost. What I thought was a competitive rate led to substandard service. My quote was to skirt my trees, as well as to thin them out throughtout the middle, and haul everything away. They did skirt the trees, but they never went up any tree to thin them out (which was most important for hurricane protection.) They left a huge pile half on my lawn, and half in the street. Neighbors were not happy, as that was a violation of our HOA policies. Waste management finally haulled it away 3 weeks later. Knocked on my door twice; once for paper towels and again for a drink. Left to get the check in the bank before it closed, and never came back to finish. They also did not reply to any emails that I sent them. Now I have to pay someone else to finish the job! It was a $600 learning experiance that I hope others can avoid. Look elsewhere!

Do not even call them. Cut down trees and left never to return to finish without a call back. Worst ever.

The tree service was good with competitive prices. Had good communication when advising how to trim the oak tree. They left a very large pile of palm and oak branches in my yard and didn't offer to remove them. Before starting, they needed chain oil and asked to use some of mine, while another went to the store to buy some more to replace what they used of mine. They never returned the 1 gallon of chain oil I let them use. I paid for 11 palms trees and 1 oak to be trimmed, and they stopped after 7 palms in the frontyard. I had to inform the two employeer to trim 4 more in the backyard when they were waiting for the others to return from cashing the check. Not as professional as I have experienced from other companies.
