Provided by YP.comMy youngest daughter designed shirts for a Justin Bieber concert that she was attending with 2 of her best friends. We brought the design to A1A to be printed. My sister-in-law picked the shirts up the night before the concert and they were the wrong size - they were adult sized shirts. Jennifer at A1A's response was that she needed to talk with the owner and that perhaps she could issue a refund check next week (this is Friday mid-day mind you). She then said that she was already dealing with my wife and didn't need to deal with both of us and proceeded to hang up on me. I have three very disappointed little kids. Quality control and customer service are unacceptable at this business. STAY AWAY!!!
We designed and printed the shirts in question. They were on time and picked up with smiles. It wasn't until later that problems with sizes became apparent. The husband who we had not dealt with called and was very upset. At this time we thought everything was taken care of. We offered several solutions-we offered to give their money back, we offered for them to grab some shirts from Walmart and print them for free as well as offered to print new shirts the following week for free. You will see that we deal with hundreds of people a week and make them happy! By the way they never brought the 3 shirts back or asked for a refund. For all I know they wore them to the concert.
