Small emerald needed replacing in my ring. Dropped my ring at Beach Jewelers on Nov. 24, 2014. Received my ring back on Feb. 12, 2015. They lost my ring, lied to me, didn't return my phone calls and treated me as if I didn't matter. When they found my ring the stone didn't even match!!! Had the nerve to charge me, too. Christine, who works at Beach Jewelers told me "After what you've been through I would never come here again!" Well, BEACH JEWELERS... you got your wish. You just lost a 30 year client.
