This franchise is nothing but crooks, all of them. Now is a great time to sell gold, & all jewelry stores are paying big bucks for gold. You dont have to sell to these low lifes. They will try & use every tactic they have to get their grubby little paws on your gold, so be careful. This place has many store fronts-always with a person swinging a big 'we buy gold' sign on the side of the road. They will not tell you how much they will pay you for your gold by weight because they want to 'run their game' on you. They tried to tell me that my 14 k was only 10k, which is stealing. I found the best place to sell Gold in Cocoa Beach is BEACH JEWELERS near Winn-Dixie, across from Ron Jons. Paid me ten dollars more per gram than the low ball number I was able to drag out of CGB/Diamond castle people. Beach Jewelers is a full service, quality jewelry store that has been in business for 3 generations. They dont have to buy gold from people to pay their rent, so they are like vultures. They were actually the nicest people you could ever meet. Unlike CGB!! Horrible people!!! I am happy it worked out the way it did because I have a pocket full of money & I know I was treated fairly.
