Provided by SuperpagesHi all, BEWARE!!! DO NOT trust DurRich Realty!!! AVOID this realty and go to another place! DurRich Realty keeps saying that they are processing payments as fast as possible, but they will NOT tell me when I will get my own money. They do NOT reply to E-mails, do NOT reply to texts, do NOT return calls. They sent me the check for March 2019, and it bounced. I had to pay the bank fees. They sent me a replacement check, and it bounced again! Only from the 3rd attempt I got the payment for March. They were significantly late with the payment for April. They still owe me the bank fee for the bounced check. I called multiple times begging for my own money. They owe me money for May and June 2019, and they violate the legal Rental Management Agreement where it says that they have to pay me on a monthly basis. I had issues with them in the past because they made financial mistakes. They cannot be trusted!!!
