The therapist, Dr. Scales, is very knowledgeable and professional. She takes care of her patient like a good friend. I have been going to her for a few years. My problem is very challenging and complicated. She trys to help me anyway she can, and always help me looking for answers. It would be difficult to survive without her listening ear and treatment.

Kim is professional and friendly. She takes time to explain everything. She doesn't give you exercises and leave you alone to look after other patients, but status with you the entire time.
She did one of the most thorough initial assessments I've ever had. I highly recommend Kim/In Balance Rehab.
