We are snowbirds, and every year we have too much stuff to take back with us after the holiday. We came into the UPS store to ask them to help us. Both Shelby and Heather were very pleasant and helped us with several boxes. We couldn't have been happier, they were a huge lifesaver for us. Thank you so much. We will definitely be recommending your services to our friends!

I went in to mail a box with a prepaid label. It was a very small box and needed on piece of tape to close it. They charged me for the tape! I use the UPS store all the time and have never been charged for a piece of tape. I definitely won't be using that UPS again!

They both take the time to talk and they were very helpful. I was very happy with the service.

Well, I have went into this store twice and customer service is not the high point- actually it is the lowest point. Each time I have gone in you are made to feel like your shipping is a disturbance or unimportant to those who work there. Unfriendly is the best words I can say. I asked for a piece of tape today and that was too much to ask because " it cost " to much for them to provide. I believe you build business by going that extra step. Next time I will head over to USPS or over to the mainland- I am sure they will value me a bit more.

This was a great experience mailing giant boxes to my daughter. What a lovely couple that run this UPS. She was so helpful and thoughtful, and even showed me pictures of the manatees with their babies outside their home. Thank you, UPS
