they are thieves plain and simple! do NOT take ANYTHING to them! i was trying to help my mom financially as she was very ill and i took high dollar items that i was told would be sold individually and they were sold as box lots. several items came up MISSING. they also sold my mom's almost $10,000 diamond ring to their daughter for $2500 and still took commission off of that. after my mothers death i told them do NOT sell anything else of mine as it was no longer necessary but they did. they sold a set of Blue Danube dishes, of my grandmothers, in a box lot. i was told the platter alone would bring $125. they sold the entire set for $90. i received a check for $54. i have asked for the phone number of the purchaser of the dishes so that i could buy them back. no number has been forthcoming. they are nice in the beginning but later turn ugly especially when confronted with their underhanded business practices. they deserve negative stars and a lawsuit!
