I was looking to landscape our house. I stopped in and spoke to a sales person. They offered a free consultation. I was very excited as I am ignorant of tropical landscaping. The consultant cancelled the first appointment at the last minute, so I rescheduled for the following week. I took the day off from work to meet with her. She stood me up without calling. Now, I'm out a days pay, and I have no solution for my landscaping needs. If you want professional service, go elsewhere. This was a very disappointing experience.

Excellent customer service and beautiful product!

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. We were not home when sod was delivered so staff neatly laid 4 healthy looking sod pallets for us to place in new yard. Our yard looks beautiful! Upon return of pallets to nursery, they refunded some $ for them. We asked basic upkeep maintenance grass questions, and they provided lots of information. Cocoa Nursery is our neighborhood go to nursery. Thank you!
