Had them try to fix a few windows and as soon as they were done, the installer got very confrontational and try to shake me down for an additional $125 dollars. He complained that they did not make any money for the job.. Let's see.. I paid a total of $350 that included labor and materials. They took a whole box of window glazing that I purchased, to include plastic clips and they broke a brand new balancer that was part of the order. I've called them several times for them to return the material or provide a credit; I've not heard back from them. Lousy company.. avoid them at all cost. My next step is to take them to small claims court, channel 6 news and report them to the BBB.

Call them a dozen times, they finally come out replace a wheel on our sliding glass door. Two months later the wheel dies, they will not answer phone, finally answer, person finally comes out, person says wheel needs replacing. Call back, they now say the door is warped. I give up on them, these guys have a lot of bad customer reports in the Melbourne / Rockledge area.
