Each and every time I shop at Olives and Grapes I am greeted by knowledgeable staff who always asks if they can help me and they always give excellent suggestions for the use of their various oils and balsamics. Katie is very familiar with every item in their store and she has ALWAYS been my source when I want to ask about anything in the store. She is a valuable asset to this business.

I love visiting and purchasing both specialty oil and vinegar here. Each time I visit, the staff is professional, polite, and friendly. While in this attractive and well managed store, I am always offered samples of any product and get helpful suggestions for my specific taste and needs. Even though I don't visit often, the staff remembers me! Shopping here has always been a pleasant experience.

These owners are so rude! I have never been in a store where I purchased something and then was admonished by the owner....grouchy and ungrateful! I WILL NOT be back!

CONDESCENDING AND RUDE!!



I shopped there a total of 4 times, bringing my money to this over-priced business because I wanted to support a local business. So I brought back the bottles that were supposed to be refundable and the owner tole me that they weren't clean enough. "Clean enough?" They were used in the kitchen of a home, they weren't clean enough? So I bought two more bottles with the promise that he'd return the other bottles for cash when I brought them back. So I took them home and cleaned them, but when I brought them back for my refund he told me "we're not a bottle refund business like when you were a kid" as he handed me the $2.50 and told me "just this once."



I am a business owner of a software company and two other businesses. I do not need to be treated like a kid, but I didn't need 4 bottles of olive oil, so I took him up on his promise and received condescension and rudeness in return.



Well, I can decide "just this once" too and the last two bottles I own will be scraped clean of their logo and I"ll use them for another brand.
