Maplewood Village is all about the fun! We don’t just provide a place for people to live. We also have great amenities. From swimming to fishing, we have everything you can imagine to keep your day full of active things to do! Our swimming pool is heated, and features a great pool deck where you can relax. The community center is attached to the pool area, and is home to many special events like dances, dinner parties, and weekly bingo. The community center game room offers poker, foosball and billiard tables and is a hot spot almost every night of the week. Enjoying the Florida weather with a game of bocce There are many manufactured home communities in Florida but very few offer the affordability and wide range of amenities that you will find in Maplewood Village. In the center of the park you’ll find lakeside bocce and shuffleboard courts, a horseshoe pit and a great BBQ area. The picnic tables have seen more than a few happy hours that have lasted late into the evening. After all, there is no better way to end a beautiful Florida afternoon than watching the sunset and relaxing with friends.
