This is the worst place I have ever lived in 15+ years of renting experience. They will come in and "inspect" your property at all hours, at least once or twice a month. You have no peace of mind or privacy here!! They knocked on my door to "inspect" as early as 9 am and as late as 8:38 pm, with and without notice. They are absolutely horrible. DO NOT RENT HERE.

The property was supposed to be brand new, but we had TWO separate water leaks, (one of which might very easily have electrocuted my boyfriend as it shorted out the dining room light as he was showering...) They never fixed that properly, and they never fixed the ceiling fan in the living room, so we couldn't use it, even though the property was supposed to be brand new.

They said it was a "gated community" but there is no gate. There was no garbage facilities for the first month we were there and they told us to take our trash to the city dump.
