Provided by YP.comI am always apprehensive when it comes to RV repair companies working on our Motorhome, because of the poor service reputations of these type of services. In this case it was refreshing to have someone go out of their way to help us out with replacing one of my Coleman AC units. I called every company that would sell me a new Coleman unit, but due to the supply chain issues we are facing today I could not find a new unit! Mary at Ron Osburn found the needle in the haystack! The technician installed this 90# AC unit on the roof with only one issue. ( forgot to put the middle seal in place), but they realized it, and removed the AC unit and installed the seal. The only concern I had was, when they reinstalled the unit, the mounting screws would not retract. I asked them why the mounting screws didn't retract, and they said they gauled when they installed the unit the first time they installed the unit. I was concerned that these screws protruding from the unit might damage the roof while they were reinstalling the AC unit and cause a leak. It appears as they were successful, but I will see if there are any leaks when it rains. All in All the efforts by Mary and the team helped us out of a difficult situation, and did the impossible!

Provided by YP.comBe patient every RV repair place is jammed. Mary will call you back although it may take a day or 2. the technicians showed up as scheduled checked out the requested repairs and took the information back to their office. Mary called after she was able to find the parts and we scheduled the repairs. Again the Techs showed up on time and did the work professionally and then did a great job of cleaning up. JUST BE PATIENT!

Provided by YP.comBeware of Ron Osburn RV Mobile Repair in Cocoa Fl. Their mobile service sounds convenient if you want to wait. I waited 8 weeks with several delays due to other jobs for a 1-2 hour service call to install a new A/C fan after many calls to them. They are quick on getting your money for the diagnosis but not for fixing it. They are inconsiderate, unprofessional, and have no Customer satisfaction attitude. Don’t be fooled by the sales pitch like I did. If you want your RV repaired – go to a reputable RV Repair service like Coastal RV or Eagles Pride and bring the RV. They give you a service date, fix it and your done. My time with Ron Osburn was frustrating leaving me with a felling of disbelief, out $522.00 for a A/C fan and lots of remorse. This is only my second negative review of company or person but this company is below anything I could say in this review but I wanted to keep my dignity. Beware, Beware

Provided by YP.comRon Osburn RV repair is awesome. They came out to my fathers RV and took the time to speak with my father who is 90 and hard of hearing. They fixed everything that was needed for the hot water, did a through inspection and even went the extra mile and helped him get his tv hooked up. Fantastic job

Provided by YP.comI would like to say Job Well Done To Ron Osburn RV. We have a camper that had to have the roof replaced ( other places did not want this work as itt was time consuming) refrigerator was not working last time out & we put hole in the front hooking it up. Well I want to tell you all this work was done in a week. He helped with the insurance people,& instead of patching hole he put diamond plate over and made it look like it belonged from the start. Yeah, no ugly patch job. So once again Thank You. We would recommend him to all we know.

Provided by YP.comI recently had some major problems with a motorhome that I purchased elsewhere. Nobody seemed to want to take the time to repair it properly. Ron Osburn RV took the time to repair it....and repair it correctly. They were so very nice and patient. I would not for one second hesitate to take my RV back to them....and I would refer my friends to them!!!! They do quality work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI brought my recently-purchased Class A motorhome to Ron Osburn RV Repair to have their maintenance department perform some recall work on my refrigerator, which hadn't been taken care of by the previous owner. I was initially a little frustrated in my efforts to get the work scheduled, but after playing phone tag for nearly two weeks with the young lady who apparently manages their office, I was finally able to bring my coach to their lot. When I got there, I realized why it had taken so long to get in to see them - their lot was crawling with blue-shirted employees working on a number of RVs simultaneously. They were very busy, indeed. Anyhow, when I went into the office I found Ron Osburn himself, waiting to take care of my problem while my wife and I waited. That was a nice surprise. As he was walking out of the office with the keys to my coach, I told him about three other problems I needed someone to look at. When I went outside a few minutes later, I found Ron personally attending to those three other issues while one of his mechanics was hard at work on the recall problem. An hour later, the recall work was done, one of the other problems had been fixed, another problem couldn't be fixed (despite Ron having spent about 30 minutes on it) and the third problem was determined not to be a problem at all (by Ron taking the coach out for a test drive). My total bill - for about 1.5 manhours of labor, the recall parts, the test drive, and the better part of a can of WD-40 - was zero dollars. Unbelievable! He charged me nothing to work on my non-recall problems (and, of course, the recall work was covered by the manufacturer of my refrigerator). Here's the bottom line: I would drive past a dozen other RV repair shops to get to Ron Osburn's RV repair. As long as I've got an RV, they've got a customer.
