To fully understand this complex which has over the years been variously know as Hawthorne or Village Green, it is, and always has been, The Allen Condominium Apartments. This is not an apartment complex; it is a condominium with a myriad of individual owners. As such, the condition of the apartment and the terms and conditions to lease one, will vary from unit to unit. Several of the reviews have been harsh, however are not truly representative of the complex. I have been here for 21 years and found it to be a safe and inviting community. It is the largest condominium complex in Cocoa, Florida and is centrally located. It also offers some of the most reasonable rents in the County.

We didn't get copy of lease didn't get widow slides door glass crak or a new over cause as problems was promised new widow and stove have got it they had give etra info to setion 8 make to point talk longer and landlord not helpful at all Kristen she say I gave rudeness and she did to and came appt she say sorry gave numbers ask when we get the new stuff the number work first time they same a week get been over a week the number don't work now my roommate go confront her

Dont move here. Especially with kids. Its drug city and roach motel. I was told it eas safe for kids. No way. Drugs smoked outside. Security sucks. Stay away

VIllage green is the worst place ever dont ever ever move there.the staff suck suck and will make u catch a case.they want return ur calls about u getting ur money after u finish up ur lease at that diry roach nasty place.in the end if u dont like jail like i know i dont.dont move there cause i pray everyday for help not to snap.dont move there.do your self a favor dont rent at anything owned by them people ever ever.
