I sent my dog to the Boot Camp program as I did not have the time to dedicate to in-home sessions and training. My dog stayed with Crystal in her home, not a kennel, and was treated as a member of the family. My dog was happy to see me when I picked him up but is always excited to see Crystal. This shows me that she really cared for him during training. The 24 hour a day care and training he received really paid off. Duke is a completely different dog behaviorally but still the same loving temperment. His obedience and behavior is fantastic. I no longer am pulled down the street, jumped on when I come home, or ignored when I call him. As a disabled Veteran, I also needed help teaching Duke to help me with my balance and post traumatic stress disorder. She is extremely knowledgeable in training service dogs. I was unaware of all that a service dog could do until discussing it with her. Now I have more that a well behaved dog, I have a well behaved dog that can help me in my everday life. The training both Duke and I received was amazing. Anytime I meet someone that is looking for a trainer I will insist they use Top Notch K9's and Crystal.
