Clearly the chick is hot. But you really sounded like a hater. I have never seen a mature kid working at the store. Fortunately it seems that they have new faces.

But anywayI love their yogurt and cupcakes, by the way I am anxious to see how the renovations!

DON'T DO IT!!!

My boyfriend and I spent part our afternoon in this shopping plaza yesterday. After lunch, we had a sweet tooth and decided to have some FroYo. Initially walking in, we went straight to the very limited yogurt menu, tasted a couple flavors and ordered- not paying attention to the state of the store. We left with our yogurts to find a seat in the sun and while we were eating our average yogurts, I found hair in my cup. I decided to go back and ask for a refund. There was only one employee working and he seemed like a teenager, claiming there is no manager- just the owner, “Simon”- who also owns Wine Bar. He said he did not know how to process refunds to credit cards and had no phone number for management. He claimed he only had his email and he was closing the store himself- no manager or owner on duty on a Sunday night. We refused to leave without speaking to someone- GOOD IDEA. We stood there for at least 10 minutes while he stumbled around with a phone and looking for a phone # he clearly had but did not want to give us. While standing there waiting for him to reach the owner, we looked around the store more closely. It was FILTHY!! Flies were circling the whole store- including all the cupcakes in the entry way and the case at the counter. The floor looked like it had been mopped with dirty water multiple times and had not been swept and all of the counter tops had left over crumbs and dirt. The back door to the kitchen was open, displaying dirty bake ware and dishes and an even dirtier floor. The flustered clerk finally got a hold of “Simon” who profusely apologized and approved a full refund over the phone, but made no offer to come to the store at that moment. We got a refund and left, don’t waste your time or money! We are tempted to report Allegria to the health department, if only to clean up their act!
