Seem to have a good experience now the doctor seem to know what they're talking about very nice show to be very helpful and nice to the animal to my dog overall I would say a very nice experience

DO NOT TRUST THEM. Since there is no space to write out what happened, the bottom line is that this office LIED and scheduled a surgery with a REFUNDABLE $50 deposit. We were told VERBATIM that it was refundable as long as we didnt do a no call no show. We canceled the next day after second opinion, finding out that wonderful Animal Hospital of University Drive in Sunrise would do for $600 CHEAPER!! Dog had surgery, everything wonderful. Called this office WEEK later after no refund, MONICA the office manager who is a B*&^( stated she is the manager and she makes the decision to refund and we would not get money back. They are LIARS AND THIEVES. They were real nice in the beginning just to get their hands on the MONEY THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE GONNA RAPE US FOR! Complete SCAM ARTISTS! Refused to let me speak with the doctor. STAY AWAY! Other vet is WONDERFUL AND SO MUCH CHEAPER TOO!

Dr. Saporito is a very caring vet. She has called many times to check up on my dog. When I returned to pick up my dog, she was up front hanging with the receptionist looking very happy. I highly recommend this place.

Coco-Park Animal Hospital is a great small practice with a small town feel. Dr. Saporito and the staff are excellent and really care about your pet. I highly recommend Coco-Park Animal Hospital as I have been a client for the past year and a half!

What can I say COCOPARK is the best!! I have been to many different vet offices and this one is the most friendliest and personable office I have ever been to. From the time you walk in the door and Kelly at the front desk greets you, to Diedre the nurse who finds out what is wrong with your pet and ensures you they will help. Dr. Saporito is caring and really knows her stuff. She will get to the bottom of what is wrong with your pet. I have called MANY times with concerns about my cat and she is always quick to respond. She is reassuring and really cares about your animals.

The best vet the best support staff. Would not take my dogs anywhere else. These are professionals who care about the animals as well as the people who bring them. Great deal of professionalism, as well as empathy for pet owners and their problems.

Since day one of going to Coco Park Animal Hospital with my pet kitten it has been a wonderful experience. It feels like a family as the ladies all know your name and my pet loves them too. After each appointment they call to check up on your pet and Dr. Kelly has called back to follow up if there are any concerns. There is never a delay in response or call backs. I love this place. If you want a place that keeps accurate records on your pet and cares about their well-being, health and diet, this place is the best place to start! Sylvia

Dr. Saporito was not there and another vet was covering. Would have liked to been told that when i called that same morning. We were brought to an exam room where a young girl took some notes. Asking questions that seemed irrelevant and suggesting products we could buy. She left and we literally sat in that exam room alone for 30 mins before a woman came in to take the cat away. We said when is the Vet coming in? She went and told him we would like to meet him. He came in and said he got the notes from the girl. I have never heard of or been to a vet that doesn't come in the room, get the history themselves, ask questions to narrow down the problem and do an exam. 3 days later I missed the call from the Dr with the blood results. It took me 5 calls and almost 6 hours to get her back on the phone to get the results. I understand if she is seeing other patients but on one call I was told she was on the other line so i said I'll wait. After 25 mins on hold (no one picked up to say we didn't forget about you..), I finally hung up and called right back - now she's busy again. Very stressful. Finally spoke, next step would be more lab work, then invasive tests for lots more $. We decided to go elsewhere. . We went somewhere with very experienced vets who quickly suspected and confirmed the problem. When your pet is sick, you want to feel you're in the hands of experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate staff. We never did at Coco-Park.

Coco-Park Animal Hospital sets the standard for friendly, cost efficient care for our animals. Dr. Saporito and her staff go above and beyond for their clients. Her compassion for care and education exceed all others in the area, which is why we have referred friends and family to the practice. We can't thank the doctors and staff enough for their love and assistance with our animals. Coco-Park truly is the best veterinary care facility we have ever seen!

Excellent hospital, Dr. Saporito is amazing. I travel all the way from Plantation. The staff is very friendly and show lots of love and care towards my dogs.

The most disorganized practice I have ever been to. It is under new management and while they do care for animals it is impossible to get them to follow through on tasks. I have a type 1 diabetic feline (4 years under treatment) and I have made 6 calls and one visit and still the pharmacy has not received the orders. They promise action and then never complete it.



Just plain unacceptable
