This casino is the most discussing one In this planet with BS managements and nasty dogs kind of staffs even the ones those clean garbage. My husband and I are both Elite Players and have spent a lot of money at Coconut Creek. You used to be able to win something but the new CEO has tightened up the machines they squeak. Cut down on the free play. The food in the Buffet gong down hill. The cake slices are so thin you can see thru them. Giving bracelets for the crab legs because people that did not eat them gave their tickets away and cut back on how many napkins they can give you, How cheap can they get. The regulars are going elsewhere. They need some completion and fast. This new CEO is killing business. They put in some new machines and they paid out and now the machines are gone. The Indians are buying a bank and you are paying for it

Of all the full casino's this is by far the friendliest and most upscale. Since the renovation was completed this place is quite elegant and well managed. It's a lot bigger than it used to be, but it wasn't hard to find a fun dealer and supervisor. Great place to pass some time.

I work for a company that made a sale to this casino. They were VERY DEMANDING while their order was being processed and even worst at installation time. HOWEVER, when it came time to pay, these people acted as if they were doing us a favor by using our company. Everytime you call this place you do no get a live person but a voice message. You can leave many messages, they go unreturned. The food & beverage dept has to be the worst. They are not professionals at all, rather than give you an straight answer they just ignore your calls. I WOULD NEVER PATRONIZE A PLACE LIKE THIS
