My husband and I rode our bikes to this location this morning for a quick breakfast. My husband placed our order -- standard menu items - while I went to a table. Fifteen minutes later I looked over the partition and found him still waiting with another woman for his order. Ten minutes later the woman (who placed her order after ours) received her food and came over to tell me my husband must have the patience of a Saint! As I went to join him in the front he told the cashier he wanted his money back. At this point one food preparer started scurrying around to fix our food. I told the young cashier it was too late for the food, we wanted our money back and wanted to speak with the manager. Sometime later the food preparer who heard this entire conversation walked to the counter and informed us that she was the manager. She gave us our money but no apology.
