After all, this is a franchise, though many are privately owned. After awhile, you get to know the help and they get to know you. It is clean, busy come lunchtime and an overall friendly vibe. The "sandwich technicians" are friendly and moderate without being cheap. By that I mean that I'd you ask for mayo as an example, it will be put on moderately, not reflective of the makers choice. Of course, if you want more they are happy to oblige. I can call ahead and pickup a sandwich pre made the way I asked for it; what more can you ask. Oh yes, the bread is ALWAYS fresh. Nothing is served stake just to save money. This is my Subway!!
