They saved my dog and they where understanding. Most vets see your old dog as just that another old dog. But here they actually have feelings and know that the old dog I'd part of your family.

Do I have to give them a star? They are terrible!! Only had one experience with them and I will NEVER go back! The vet could not give me 5 minutes even though I paid in advanced!

I have had Dr Pendray heal my animals when nobody else could figure out what their problem was, let alone know how to treat them. Another vet nearly killed one dog treating it with something toxic in the dosages he prescribed. Dr Pendray all the way!!!!!!!!!

I have been bringing my pet to this clinic for several years. However, for a while now, when I would arrive for my scheduled appt. more and more people would be waiting to get into their appts. It is not unusual for you to have

to wait for an hour+ AFTER your scheduled time. Not only that but when my pet was injured where it could not

walk on its leg and the knee was the size of an orange, I was told I could not get in for four days! The office staff

was uncaring and insensitive to the pain my pet was in.



The final straw: When I found out that my pet was on presc. meds for a medical problem that had been misdiagnosed

for four years there!

When Dr. Pendray opened his clinic he had experienced and proficient staff. Unfortunately, his good staff has left and his practiced has grown more than what that clinic can handle. Long waiting times after your scheduled appt. time has become the norm. Trying to get in when my pet had an emergency I was told I would have to wait for four days. His replacement staff are less experienced and insensitive to the problems your pet has when you bring them in. So sad.
