Worst experience with a cell phone store ever! Customer service was horrible! Broke one of our phones two months after getting it and went in to see what our options were and all they could say, and I quote, "you don't have insurance on your phone? Well that sucks." That's what you tell your customers? Then a month later they call my wife's phone, not the primary phone on the line to tell us that they are going to charge us $200 for not having our new phone active long enough. Never told us that when we signed the contract and never told us that when they switch our phones from the one we broke to a different one. Every other time I go in there it takes 20 minutes to get help because it takes that long for one of the employees to quit BS-ing with one of the other employees or get off Facebook and actually help us. They act annoyed when you ask for help. Will never go back again!!!

Always great customer service, sometimes they are very busy and I have to wait but I love that they are knowledgable and work hard to find an answer to your questions.

This is a horrible store. We went there on July 7th 2011. They have nothing in stock and will not order anything for you. We wanted to start service, purchase 3 I phones and an network extender. She said they didn't have any I phones or network extenders. She told us to go to a different store. Complete waste of time..Verizon you need to hire better help..

cellular plus is a joke. verizon needs to get rid of them . they are not trained and know nothing. i would sooner go 30 miles further to go to a actual verizon store.
