Pat was awful to do business with. She was rude and personally I found her taste tacky. When framing something like family photo's you help guide the customer by making suggestions after finding out their taste and decor, you do not tell them that they are "boring" and a "waste of time because you can somethin' like that at any ol' store". I will NEVER go back or refer any family or friends there either.
