Specific fitness or competitive goals: If you are planning for a specific physical challenge-such as running a 10K race, competing in a body-building contest, or preparing to participate in recreational or competitive sports-Billie will customize a program to give you a competitive edge and help you avoid injuries. If your interest is to build muscle or trim fat, Bodies by Billie offers personal training services. Billie offers hands-on fitness training in a comfortable boutique-style gym. Using weights, balls, bands, and other simple equipment, she provides a customized program to fit your present level of conditioning and help you reach your goals. She will help you engineer lifestyle changes and a fitness program to support those goals. Remember that muscle tone and fitness can be gained at any age.
