Looking for a new doctor for my disabled mother, we were recommend to sign up for doctor hagen, as he takes Medicaid/Medicare. We were told it would be 3 weeks before an appointment could be set. Ok; A little long of a wait, but what can we do? After the 4th week passed, we went to the office to see what was the hold up. After filling out two different "aplications" to be approved to be seen, after the waiting while my mother is suffering, we cane to find out he said no, WITH OUT an explanation of any kind. They never called us to tell us this. So, if you want a doctor WITH OUT any kind of humanity, who doesn't follow the hipocratic oath that every doctor takes, he's the one for you!!! SIMPLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
