I tested the application of the waterproofing material and the thickest I found was half of the minimum required by the manufacturer's spec sheet and the thinnest barely measured on the meter at all. They promised work that was never completed, the work they did was not quality work and the very first rain I had leaks coming down the middle of the wall in several places. Shelly who works at the company took 7 months to call because I did not pay and when she finally called she was rude and would not even allow me to explain what the problem was. She ended up hanging up on me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Inland Northwest

Update, we went to court and Shelly had no problem lying and misleading the judge. She has a record on the Idaho repository for drug trafficking.
