Absolute worst service ever, never shop here!



The promise everything give nothing attitude is easy to see at this " business ".

After much looking I chose the " in stock " item and paid. After payment I was informed that this item was out of stock, be about two weeks for delivery. So I ask can we deal on any other items, substitute, etc.?, no deal.



I walked in and spent $1000.00, no other visitors to the store during my visit ( 1hr) bought anything. Now in difficult situation to trust them, big mistake.



Charlie called me two weeks later to request time for delivery, rudest person on the planet, not fit to work at Walmart. I have never spoke with a more rude employee, working for me he would have been fired on the spot.



I specifically asked that during delivery the workers wear shoe covers as we have new home and carpet, and there was a foot a snow outside. Was promised that this would be the case by both the sales ans delivery people well beforehand.



Upon delivery I was informed that they do not have shoe covers on our truck. So these guys tracked snow and mud all over, not even a flinch.

Again, promise everything, give nothing.



I had previously disassembled the old bed hours before delivery to make it easy for removal and only requested that they set up the frame. One more catch, they do not remove the old frame, ask the salesperson why that was left out.



In general I have made three purchase at this location and never will again. I did speak with the salesperson post-delivery and he really did nothing to remedy the problem. I see bad management and ownership all over this as I am a business owner.



So, never shop here, never deal with Charlie. There are so many other places here that are reputable. I would start with Walker's on Government Way and shop from there.
