Wife just came home from her appointment. She had never been here before and wanted to find a good Gynecologist. Staff was friendly, everything seemed good until she met Dr. Randy. She wanted her Mirena (implanted birth control) out and also was experiencing some problems. She was a little nervous and Dr. Randy managed to make her experience and worries worsen by speaking to her in a condescending way and made her worries seem like they were not his concern. After numerous attempts to talk my wife out of removing the Mirena, he finally did removed it. Seriously? What does it benefit him whether she keeps it in or not? Just do what she asks! Lastly, he found a "racket ball" size cyst on her ovary. He found it, got up and said in the most upbeat, no big deal, tone he could "Well, looks like you have a racket ball sized cyst on your ovary, better get you some imaging" and left. Nothing more. No explanation. No Q&A. Nothing. So we have heard rumors of Dr. Randy and that this experience is shared by others. We have also heard that the other Dr. at the practice is rather nice, so all is not lost for Henneberg Associates. We do know one thing, the experience was NOT PLEASANT with Dr. Randy. I hope something is done about this and I would urge all families to schedule with Dr's other than Randy.
