Provided by YP.comI had a nice experience with Green Light Auto. I bought a 2002 Subaru WRX wagon from them in August 2014. They sourced the car well, as it was clean and in good condition for being 12 years old. Issues were addressed and dealt with in negotiations. I paid a fair price for a good car that is still going strong. Missing one star because it seemed to take a while for the title to be sent to me.

Provided by YP.comI dealt with both gentlemen today, and although they are a small shop they were cordial and honest to my knowledge, the truck was priced right flipside they didn't allow for much negotiation but at under ten grand I had a decent experience. The young man I dealt with at purchase was direct and confident so I purchased, it is buyer beware and I know trucks, and these vehicles are used not new unless I have a catastrophic failure I will deal with the nuisance stuff myself. Good luck gentlemen

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I saw a 1998 Honda Odyssey for sale and after reading these reviews we were a little hesitant. I looked over the car and it was very clean and in fabulous shape for it's age. I wanted this car as it gets great gas mileage.(better than the new ones) We took it for a test drive and it ran and drove better than the newer ones we had test driven earlier in the week. Every part of the deal was great and had we gone by the reviews they would not have even seen our face. My point being is that if anyone has had a good experience like my wife and I, please let others know so that these guys are not judged by just the people who had a bad experience. These guys sell a lot of cars and I know from my heart that they are not the crooks people say they are. We are one of I'm sure many satisfied customers and proudly give these guys support. You should too.

Provided by YP.comI am the owner of Green Light Auto. In response to the Honda Fit with the bad valves. Costumer never contacted me until a month later with this problem. Told me on the phone that the car had a check engine light and was stalling the very next day. When I ask him why he didn't call me rite away with problem. He didn't have an answer.. Then proceeded to tell me that they had another mechanic work on the engine. Any warranty issue is handled by the dealership. Simply put costumer should have contacted me instantly, and I would have fixed the problem. Once someone else works on the car that voids warranty.Seems weird he had the car for a whole month then decided to contact me. I also never had a chance to diagnose the car so not even sure if it has bad valves. Car had no skip or check engine light at time of sale. If the car had any sort of skip it would never pass inspection. 2007 car has to go threw multiple drive cycles to set monitors. Bottom line if I thought something was wrong with vehicle it never would have been sold.

Provided by YP.comI had a pretty bad experience buying from Green Light. The car I bought had bad valves at the time of purchase and ended up needing a new engine (could have had valves replaced but would have cost about as much). They concealed the problem by warming up the car before I drove it since it would stall when cold. They refused to fix it on their dime, but said if I paid $500-700 for labor, they would cover the parts for fixing valves. Also, the car had no AC, which I discovered two months later when it warmed up. I'm currently going through DMV to try to get my repair costs back (for the engine only; can't prove the AC had problems at time of purchase). I had read the (two at the time) negative reviews of Green Light, and basically thought I would be OK if I paid private party KBB value for the car and got it inspected by a mechanic, which I did. I was wrong; although part of my problem was that my mechanic also did some work for Green light and did not do a very thorough inspection.

Provided by YP.comVery poor dealer customer service. Not sure why anyone would purchase a vehicle here. I went there to take a look at and test drive a vehicle. The person i made an appointment with did not seem interested in my business and acted as if i should be privileged to even be there. After asking to test drive the vehicle to make sure this car is something i would be interested in, he refused uinless i gave him a deposit for the vehicle. Never have i once been to a dealer or private seller where i was not allowed to test drive a car without a deposit. I planned to test drive 3 Different Accord Wagons i found locally and see which one felt the best. This is a $2,600 vehicle and i came there in my work attire (suit and tie). I'm in my 30's. This was a car i wanted to buy as a winter car and one i could lug my dog around in. I was treated like a 16 year old punk kid there. No respect. I wasn't looking to joy ride a $250,000 Ferrari here. That said, i did test drive the other two Wagons i found. 1 at a much more professional dealership and one from a private seller. I ended up purchasing a car the next day. Would never attempt to do business with these fools. Before leaving i let them know that i was in sales myself, and this was very poor business practice on their behalf. Their response was "go back to sales"
