I took our Infiniti M35 for servicing. The advisor Ms. Lisa Dugan was pleasant, very courteous, professional and gave me excellent advice. I am very glad to have her services at Lia Infiniti! SHE IS THE BEST!!

Brian Lomnicki was amazing when I came in for my service. He let me know ahead of time what to expect and his timeframe was right in target. He got my car in promptly and showed me my way to the waiting area. The waiting area was comfortable with WiFi, cable and coffee. Also got a complementary car wash. Overall, great experience.

I have never met a more professional and caring group of people. Lisa Dugan should be congratulated because in the Service Department, she certainly leads with excellence. Thus far I have bought 4 Infiniti's sold to me be saleswoman Ms. Dawn whom in the I will be purchasing another one from her in the near future.

Buying a car is very stressful, the people at LIA Infinity made it less stressful. Very helpful, answered all my questions, never did I feel pressured to buy the vehicle I chose. I was swiftly taken care of and the used vehicle I brought came out like it was brand new. I traveled two hours from where I lived to purchase the car and I feel it was well worth the trip.

What an amazing car buying experience my husband and I had at Lia Infiniti! Having not purchased a new vehicle in over 10 years I was a bit uncertain as to the make, model and features that would be a good fit for me. Sam Haque made our entire experience so special. He took time to hear my heart and encourage me to take the opportunity to try out several different makes and models and guided me through selection process. He was so patient, kind and professional. Sam treated us like family as did the entire Lia Infiniti team we worked with! Awesome experience, and totally recommend Lia Infiniti. You can tell a lot about a company by their employees and at Lia Infiniti my husband and I were made to feel like family! I love my new SUV!!!

This is our 2nd time going with Lia and they are awesome. Dawn Owens in the sales department is so helpful, and easy to deal with. The q60 we got had some surface scratches in it and they were very willing to make it right. Brian Lomnicki was very helpful in scheduling a service appointment to have the scratches fixed and assisted with arranging a courtesy vehicle. And the car looks amazing now. Would high recommend LIA infiniti!!!

Tried the new QX30, as I decided I am not a car person, definitely need an SUV type vehicle. Lia has been a wonderful experience. I leased my previous car with Bill Kane and he was able to get me into my next, now SUV without a blink of the eye. Bill was very professional but fun. He is persistent and knows how to "get it done". I would highly recommend him for your lease or purchase. Thank you Bill!

Car dealerships are notorious for shady dealings, but not here. Sales rep Dawn Owens was absolutely amazing. I knew what I wanted and what the market prices were, I gave her a decent offer, and the whole deal was done in less than 5 minutes - and all over the phone. Even better, she personally drove the car 4 hours to my location to deliver the car! It just couldn't have been a better buying experience. They will be my first stop next time I am in the market.

Excellent experience. Lisa Dugan was great to work with. Lia service team inspected and diagnosed what my older G35 needed to keep it running safely. My 2004 G35 is a joy to drive.

Since purchasing our Infinity in 2015 Lisa continues to consistently provide us with service that goes well beyond our expectations. Infinity should be proud to have Lisa Dugan working on their team and the honor of calling her "their own".

I would rate this dealership and service department higher than a 5 star if it were possible. The service manager Paul and my service rep Lisa Dugan have gone above and beyond to take care of issues with my Infiniti that was purchased at Pepe Infiniti in White Plains Ny. after Pepe's refusal to assist in any way even with issues that should have been covered through " The Pepe dealership." I believe that a dealership is defined by their service department . Most places are very friendly and promising when purchasing your vehicle but who is there delivering on their promises after the sale when needing service is what is most important to me. Initially the service manager Paul...listened to all that happened to me at the Pepe dealership and went out of his way to make everything right for me at LIA INFINITI ... A place I had never even visited. My service rep Lisa Dugan picked up where Paul left off and was extremely courteous and patient every step the way. She also made arrangements to give me a loaner car while repairs were getting done. It certainly doesn't get better than that.
