Piss poor customer service- Troy won't take any responsibility for mistakes made. Be wary of using their services- if there's a problem you're sol. Go elsewhere and you'll be better off

Do not buy from this company, their products are second rate, their customer service is even worse, and if you shop around you can find much better prices. Also they tell you one thing and then charge you more after the fact. I can't believe they are still in business.
