Bait and switch. If uour a big guy dont apply unless you want all the heavy lifting jobs. Terrible training. Never been toma place where infelt like i was set upmto fail. Training almost non existant. 20 minute turnover on loading machine is complete lie. They preach it during the weekly meetings. Supervisors ignore the reality. On typical 8 hr shift i was loading 3-4hrs with short breaks and than back to loading. Training program needs to be completely revamped. Staff is very knowleagble but that doesn’t translate into good training skills. Avoid job if you can. Money is not worth it....
