I was pleased to find this program listed as a Tricare network provider. However, Deborah, who has been having difficulty with the insurance company first told me that I would have to pay up front and submit the claims to Tricare myself. I refused, telling her that Tricare would not accept a patient's claim and would therefore not reimburse me. She then told me that I would have to pay up front and when Tricare paid her, she would reimburse me. When I refused again, explaining that it was her responsibility as a network provider to submit the claims to the insurance company, not mine. She then said "I'm telling you, you have to pay". I gave her my insurance information and left. It then took the program two weeks to call me to schedule a follow-up for my son. During this conversation, I was told that they would no longer treat him unless I agreed to pay for all appointments out of pocket.
