I had a fantastic experience with Chris at the Cheese Factory. The man knows his stuff. He handled 3 issues on my A4 (timing belt, thermostat and exhaust leak) in record time and saved me hundreds of dollars over any other shop I asked for a quote from, and those quotes were only for the timing belt service. He has himself a loyal customer in me now, that’s for sure!!! Great to find a shop that not only isn’t scared to work on Audi’s, but knows them well!!!!
