Coldwater Bakery, opened in 1990, is a fully automatic bakery that produces Aunt Millie s brand hamburger and hot dog buns at an average of nearly 800 pieces per minute. Its Coldwater II Bakery, opened in 1997, produces specialty items, including Aunt Millie s brand cake muffins, English muffins and bagels. In 2003, the bakery was named Wendy's Supplier of the Year. Aunt Millie's supplies buns for Wendy's restaurants throughout the Midwest United States. Coldwater Bakery is a division of Perfection Bakeries of Fort Wayne, Ind. Perfection Bakeries operates seven bakeries in three states, producing bread and other bakery products.
