We tried taking my 10 month old in at 7:15 and they said too bad, they close in 45 minutes I will have to go to the ER. I asked why they were open until 8 and was told that is only for tb and drug test patients, not for sick children. I guess the providers here don't like to actual provide adequate healthcare to our community. But don't worry Dr. Karims walk in clinic takes patients up until 8 regardless of why you are there!! They were great and sounded shocked that we were told to go to the ER by another clinic! They are very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend going there over prompt care!!

I have been going here for 15 years. They have always been great. I will not say that I have not had to wait a few times. I have always been treated in a kind caring manor. I would never go any where else.

I waited 3 hour for them to just do a dot physical only to be failed because of my eyes. The examination was terrible. I went to my eye doctor and printed off a letter for them to pass the physical and they still couldnt pass it. It was found my eyes werent as bad as they said and I should be able to drive a commercial vehicle. Prompt care gave me 15 pages of things I have to fill out and send to the FMSA for a decision in 90 days. Now im stuck in a position where I cant even get the job I was trying for because of this place. The employer cant wait that long. Thanks for nothing.

My husband has been really ill and went to Prompt Care twice to be seen. The first time he went, it was an hour before close and they refused to see him saying they were full. This time, we went at 9:30 am (they close at 2) and they were so busy, he left and came back at noon. No one waiting, so he goes to desk and they say they aren't taking patients, they reached their limit. Ridiculous.

Prompt care was the absolute worst clinic I have ever been too. They were 100% disrespectful, snobby, and grumpy throughout the whole examination I had done. I would NOT recommend anybody to go to that clinic. My opinion.. There should be a star ratting for NEGATIVE likings. Cause they were absolutely horrible.

What a joke. They refused to see a patient with an ear ache. They closed in 25 minutes and there was no other patients there. I would not recomend this place to anyone

Is good if you need a quick doctor in and out and it is only really cheap.
