Worst packing job EVER. Fishing poles wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap with airbags at either end. Apparently, a box fell onto the poles snapping all three in the middle - big surprise. The owner, Ralph, blames UPS shipping, UPS states unequivocally that they were packed incorrectly. When I opened the box, the poles would never have survived. Ralph stated they were packed to UPS standards. While the insurance claim was (still is) in process, Ralph won't pay the claim, even after UPS has approved it. He failed to accept responsibility for packing them incorrectly (he states he packed them himself) and he failed to make it right by not paying the claim until UPS pays him. Is this who you would trust with your shipping needs? I would hope not...
