We have had hometown internet for years and they shut all there customers internet off labor day weekend not telling anyone what is going on, a week later send a letter saying they were updating and would start a trial run Sept 8th-Nov 8th, 2021, well, no trial run and no internet, and don't know if or when they will have internet ,went with another provider, shame on them for treating there customers like that, stay clear of hometown internet, bad news.
