Had 3 dogs teeth cleaned. One of them was sent home with the shunt from the iv still in his leg, they told me to pull it straight out if I was comfortable or to bring him back in - but they were only open for a few more minutes. Another dog seemed overly sedated and took several hours to seem awake, then had loose stools for a full day. The third had severe razor burn from the area they shaved for the iv. The interior of their building seems to have a layer of dirt. Their teeth were in fact clean, but it just wasn't a good experience. I'll be going elsewhere even though it's further away.

The BEST vets ever. We used their services for 20 plus years. Loving, caring and wonderful vets!!!!!!!

Rock n Country is the best!!! I have 3 dogs, and I've never worked with another vet who cared as much about my animals... and me.

Dr. Hatcher came highly recommended, and my first visit was an emergency visit. I called first and Dr. Hatcher gave me some suggestions over the phone until I could get to the office. When we made it in, things looked pretty bad... but she kept her cool and went out of her way to try to accommodate our needs and take care of my dog and me (I broke down in tears in the exam room).

The entire staff was so comforting and caring, and Dr. Hatcher saved my dog's life. I could tell she truly cared about my dog and not my dollar.

After that, I moved all three of my dogs there and made Rock n Country our veterinary home.

We love it there!

STAY AWAY!!!! Don't take your animal to this place. I took my healthy dog and 2hrs later he was dead. All they said was sometimes these things happen, now when would you like to pick up your dog's body! You've heard the statement.."I wouldn't let my dog go there", well this place is true..... stay away if you want your animal to live. When I went to pick up his body, he was wrapped in an old rag.
