Bad bad bad business!! Bad customer service, waited over 2 hours for delivery... No show them called and mgr was rude, I asked for the district manager number and was put on hold for an additional 15 min. Being a manager I know the mgr who was in duty had he or she number, but I politely waited while I while told by Ms Shanteria Moore that her gm was on the phone getting it , I then explained I've already did my survey and review , no need to give me a 800 number, I can google that, I just wanted to voice my opinion, But Lonnie Reed, REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER, WILL BE FOLLOWING UP EVERYDAY UNTIL IM SATISFIED, BAD SERVICE IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY, I SUGGEST YOU ORDER PAPA JOHNS OR DOMINO'S
