Beware! Stay away from doing business with these people! Will bully you into changing your mind!

Changed our mind on piano and asked for deposit back. After almost 2 weeks still have not received our deposit back!! Now we now have to go to BBB and MD Attorney General offices to file complaints against the Pianoman guys (Tony sales guy and Nick owner) for refusing to reverse a credit card deposit for piano we never bought and never received!

Very difficult people! Will yell at you for asking deposit back and will not pick up on calls If you have problems. Will hustle you for a sale and will refuse to take a 'no' for answer from customer's request for deposit back! Will bully you into changing your mind about a purchase! Brace yourself with a lawyer if you going to buy from them! Imagine if you need have problem with your piano after the purchase! Very, very stressful people to deal with... Wouldn't be surprise if the go out of business soon for such poor customer service!
