My lease said I had to go through my management company to get a new awning for my new business. We waited two months, badgering the "facilities manager" or whatever his title, the whole time. Finally he told me they were having some trouble getting some sort of insurance document, and if I wanted my awning soon, I had to deal with the awning folks directly. So I called and spoke to Erica: she gave me options my facilities manager didn't even mention (change font), confirmed beyond a doubt the spelling I wanted, and had my awning installed within a week! The workers were polite and even helped me get a small fridge out of my van... Too bad I don't need more awnings, because it is really nice working with people who get things done!!!! I'm not sure the status of this company because I heard part of the delay was a possible falling out between owners :( BUT all I know is this is the number I called and Erica is the person I talked to, and now I have an awesome new awning to advertise my business :)
