Provided by YP.comThe first time I visited this spa in 2007, it was a wonderful place and I still visit it. Unfortunately, in recent years, the quality of service has declined. But after yesterday’s visit I had a very bad impression. Saunas and pools, various water procedures are all as before good. But the service! Service and staff is terrible! Everything is slow at the reception. Check ID, take money and give a magnetic key it used to take a maximum of 2-3 minutes, now a girl with a sad face did it for more than 10 minutes !!! Then follows a very strange search procedure for my bag. A sullen woman rummages through in my things, it turns out they are looking for food and drinks there. It's humiliating! It is humiliating and shameful for this SPA and its leadership! Instead of offering good food, drinks and service, do you stupidly rummage through people's things and take away cookies? The food in this spa is bad and expensive! And the staff is even worse!! Gloomy and irritable women took orders, they were not very attentive, made mistakes, had to repeat them several times, and still, as a result, we received not what we ordered. There are not enough towels and they have to run all the time. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I'll be back here ....
I ask the management of this spa to turn their attention to the huge problems with the service!

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I just came back from this place.
Forget the poor service…this is nothing comparing to the crazy rules they have there.
They gave us heavy teachot and shorts and told us that was our uniform. You cannot just wear your bathing suit. You cannot wear your flip flops; you have to be bear foot all the time. So I had my swim pans on and their shorts on me all the time that I was there.
They have one big room where you can take shower. No separate cabins, not even curtains. Plus you must be naked there; they tell you that you cannot wear your bathing suit, even if you just want to rinse off. I didn’t see any anybody except naked Koreans taken shower.
They give you a small tow. If you want a regular size tow, you have to pay $1.00…cheap bustards.
It definitely did not feel like a place of relaxation but rather a big mall. Everywhere they were trying to sell you something.
By the way, in the pool they had a sign “No Swimming.” Totally ridiculous place.
I would not recommend for anyone to go there.

Provided by YPmobileGreat place love to relax here. Massage was incredible. Outdoor pool fantastic. Napped, ate, lingered all day. Great opportunity to rest undisturbed.

Provided by YP.comOverrated, non-costumer friendly place. It has so many different kinds of saunas probably to warm up the spirits. Staff is professional but cold with no emotions and feelings with fake smiles. The Assistant of the manager can hardly speak English and needs help from the receptionists. The manager, the "man in a suit" can be easy replaced by a robot., he is there only to reinforce the rules and has no idea how to take care of customers and treat kids. All he knows the child has to be under 3 feet tall to get a discount ( by the way, the "3 FEET TALL line to measure a child is really much shorter than 3 feet, go and measure yourself but make sure to bring a measuring tape not your kid to avoid disappointment in your in your child's eyes). When you ask for something special, individualized or complimentary, he is not able to deal with that, he will tell you that "this place has 5000 customers" (which means he doesn't need you unless you pay $35) .As nice as the place looks from the outside, inside, the customer service is horrible. No compassion, no heart, no privacy, no individualized care. Will never go back there. There are enough "rules" in this world, I don't think we need "Spa World" to reinforce them.

Provided by YP.comThis place is totaly out of this world. It is realy like heaven on earth, I live in the city and on weekly basis I go to different spas like BLISS, RED DOOR SPA AND SALON and so on, NOTHING COMPARE TO THIS PLACE,facilities are great, clean and they treat you like a queen there,to use their facility it is only $30 for the entire day. I spend in the city approximatly $700 for 4 hours , so I am extremly pleased with this place. My friends and I spend there all day and it cost around $300 per person uncluding massage, facial, manicure and pedicure.THIS IS A REAL PARADISE.Only one thing, I have a driver to take me there but my friend told me she had hard time to get there by public transportation, but it's worth it to even take a cab there. I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE FAR AND BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL RATING.
