Not a fan. The doctor was nice but didn't have the best bedside manner, he seemed to be half-listening and sounded mostly disinterested. He didn't really communicate what was going on and it left me really confused.

We often forget how much the administrative staff is a part of our care and experience. They were displaying all sorts of medical information of patients in my direct view, this is a clear HIPAA violation, not to mention unprofessional. Why does billing always have to be such a problem? They order labs and say it is covered by your insurance only to be slapped with an unexpected bill.

The wait time was uncalled for, now I'm fine with a wait on an off-chance here and there, but I refuse to believe that the problem is not systemic if it's happened to me the last 3 times I've been here. My guess is that the clinic books too many patients given the amount of time the doctor spends with each one. That just screams management inefficiency.
