Absolute worst experience with customer service I've ever had. I was notified that my package was ready for pickup at 6:15 (15 minutes before they close) and I went to pickup my package the next day as I wouldn't have been able to make it to the location before they closed. After speaking with an employee I was informed that they shipped my package to Memphis, TN at 6:28 the night before. Now I'm having to pay an extra $16 to have the package shipped back to Texas so I can receive it. So much for holding my package. I contacted their customer service only to be tossed around on the phone, lied to, and told I'm wrong. I will never be using them again. Absolutely terrible.

The packages always arrive on time. Never any issues. The customer service is wanting. The guy that works there is not friendly at all. Other then that, the service of the store is as advertised.
