I recently purchased a pair of running shoes from Lady Foot Locker. After wearing them for a few hours, I began having pain in my arches. The next day, I tried to exchange the shoes to no avail. I was told that they would not take the shoes back because I had worn them. How are you supposed to know if a shoe is going to work without wearing it? I was under the impression that you could exchange merchandise within a 30 day period! Wrong!!! If I had lied and said I didn't wear the shoes, I would have a different pair today. However, because I told the truth, I have been penalized! So much for honesty! If the shoes appeared worn, I would understand, but they look brand new....because they are new. Moral of the story...be ware of crooked return/exchange policies! I will never purchase anything from Lady Foot Locker again!
