I have spoken with Jason, 2 weeks ago sent him an email with no reply so, I will post a review now.

I THINK this COULD be a good service. However, we NEVER got the promised service for our daughter for a month use of service in exchange for feedback due to an issues the VERY FIRST time she tried to use it. That also came from Jason, the former owner of Maroon Taxi before he sold it to this uRide company. The $50.00 WE put in her account was used up on one, maybe two trips from A&M to Walmart and one for her nails and on her return trip, she had to use her debt card because she had no more credit on her account and no body knew about the month usage for feedback as per Jason's conversation with me AND our daughter. I called Jason and left a message regarding this with no call back from him. It's been three weeks since my call now, and two weeks since my email with no response from Jason or the uRide company. My suggestion is to not promise something and then not follow through with it. To figure out the issues with no show drivers. This happened in the past with her airport return. She travels every 28 days from college to airport and back not to mention grocery shopping etc. With no car for our daughter to use at A&M, this looked to be the answer for her and a God send for us back here. However, the lack of follow through on uRide and Jason's part and the Jason's promise of travel for the month in exchange for feedback has us and our daughter questioning whether this company is actually ready to roll out it's product. It is very disappointing at this point. For her coming trips we will use a different taxi that has been more reliable for her. She can't risk missing her flight AND apparently she is out of money on her account with nothing noted from the company AS PROMISED that she could use the service at no cost, at this moment we don't think we will be adding anymore money to the account until this is cleared up. Very sorry we are at this point right now. I believed that Jason really wanted honest feedback and we and our daughter were willing to help with that. I question now if Jason was capable of, authorized to, or willing to follow through with the deal and promise. Do NOT trust service. I do not believe it is ready to work correctly. Even Jason, the former owner, told me he had difficulty getting pick up while he was trying the service out. Not every time, but once for sure. Here is the honest feedback you were looking for Jason.

horrible. absolutely horrible. they told me they were busy and would pick me up in 45 minutes. an hour later I called and the man said that my cab driver had gone home for the night. he promised that another cab would be there shortly but another cab never came.



honestly they are the worst cab company I have ever worked with. I have never had this happen before with any cab company. this is ridiculous. at this point I wouldn't ride with them if they were the last cab company in the BCS area.

good price

Of the 4 times that we have taken a taxi to and from northgate. They were way less expensive. $19.
Other 3 companies we have used going home charged $30 - $43

Clean Friendly and Nice

They were on time clean and friendly.

The driver had some funny stories to tell and the ride was fun!

The price was also fair.

I will call them again.
