I bought a $50 pair of boots here and the rubber of the sole on the heel completely split and broke off just from normal use (walking around). I wanted to return them for another set of boots since I figured it was just some issue with the particular pair I got. It broke right after 30 days from the date of buying it, and they have no policy to help replace abnormally defective products after the 30-day return period. If you're going to buy from here, you're going to have to make sure your shoes won't break after 30 days, even if it's the manufacturer's fault
